ACTIVITY TRACKING AND WEARABLES SYNCING

Record activities using your favorite health and fitness wearable devices or apps. You can track runs, walks, hikes, bike rides, workouts, yoga, and dozens more. Just sync the Therabody app with your favorite device including Garmin, Apple Health and Strava, and your activities from your connected wearables will sync in real-time so that you have the most effective recovery plan based on your day.

With Bluetooth connectivity, use the Therabody app to fine-tune your settings with more precise control. Adjust the exact speed of your Theragun, tweak the heat on your SmartGoggles, adjust the LED light for your TheraFace PRO, or soften the vibration of your Wave Roller to provide your body what feels best. Plus, routines will automatically apply any recommended settings and tell you when to switch positions or attachments.
